We start with only the finest Local Grass Fed Texas Beef. Eye-of-Round to be more exact. This beef is super lean and makes for a jerky unlike ANY you have ever tried. There are 3 reasons for this.

Secondly: The marination process and the high quality of ingredients used. Fresh Raw and Local Organic Honey is used in the marinade and gets brushed on every piece in the smoking process

Third: All batches are made in 5 pounds per batch which makes for better quality control and every single piece of jerky gets slow smoked using a variety of hardwoods such as Mesquite, Hickory, Alder and apple.
